Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic mine plans for nickel mining projects
- Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and resource recovery
- Ensure strict compliance with mining regulations, safety standards, and environmental protocols
- Conduct feasibility studies and economic analysis for mining operations
- Prepare detailed mine designs, schedules, and cost estimates
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align mining activities with business objectives
- Manage mine planning software and data analysis for operational decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mine planning, preferably in nickel mining
- Proficiency in mine planning software (Surpac, Vulcan, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and environmental standards
- Advanced analytical skills with data interpretation capabilities
- Experience with cost estimation and resource modeling
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Certification in Mine Planning or Mine Management is advantageous
