Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed mine plans and production schedules for open-pit operations
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for mining projects
- Design optimal pit layouts, haul road systems, and waste dump configurations
- Monitor production performance and recommend operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with mining regulations, safety standards, and environmental permits
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with geology teams to integrate resource models into mine plans
- Utilize mining software (Surpac, Vulcan) for 3D modeling and optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mine planning or mining engineering
- Proficiency in mine planning software (Surpac, Vulcan, Minesight)
- Strong understanding of open-pit mining methods and production cycles
- Knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and permitting processes
- Advanced analytical skills for cost estimation and resource optimization
- Certification in Mine Planning or Mine Management is advantageous
- Ability to work in remote locations and adapt to challenging conditions
