Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the short-term and long-term mine planning processes to ensure alignment with production targets.
- Design and optimize pit layouts, waste dumps, hauling roads, and drainage systems using advanced mining software.
- Provide technical mentorship and professional guidance to junior mine planning engineers and surveyors.
- Collaborate closely with geology, production, and processing teams to optimize ore extraction and quality control.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on mining operations performance against planned targets, recommending corrective actions where needed.
- Ensure all engineering designs, mine plans, and operational activities comply with national safety regulations and environmental standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in mine planning, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior capacity.
- Proficiency in specialized mining software such as Surpac, Minescape, Vulcan, or Deswik.
- Possession of a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pratama) certification is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
- Willingness to be based in Malili, South Sulawesi on a standard roster schedule.
