Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development of long-term mine plans, pit designs, and production schedules in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Conduct geological modeling and resource estimation to optimize mining block modeling.
- Oversee geotechnical assessments and slope stability analysis for open-pit operations.
- Collaborate with drilling and blasting teams to refine blast designs and improve ore recovery rates.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide detailed operational reports to senior management.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or Mineral Resource Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in mine planning, pit design, and scheduling.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Surpac, Datamine, or Vulcan.
- Strong understanding of geostatistics, mineral resource estimation, and open-pit mine design.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Indonesian Mining Engineer certification or equivalent professional qualification.
