Hallmark Mining Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mine Planning Engineer to join our growing operations in Mati City, Davao Oriental. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between geological data and field operations. You will be responsible for creating detailed short-term and long-term mine plans, managing production schedules, and ensuring that all mining activities adhere to the highest safety and environmental standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive short-term and long-term mine production schedules.
- Design and optimize pit layouts, dump sites, and haulage routes using industry-standard mining software (e.g., Surpac, Datamine, or Deswik).
- Monitor and analyze daily production performance against targets, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Geology department to integrate block models into actionable mine design plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure operational adherence to mine plans and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory and material movement planning to maximize grade control and resource utilization.
- Prepare detailed technical reports for management regarding production progress, reserve status, and operational challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
- Valid Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License for Mining Engineer.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in open-pit or large-scale mining operations.
- Advanced proficiency in mine design and planning software (e.g., Surpac, Deswik, or Vulcan).
- Strong understanding of Philippine mining laws, environmental regulations, and safety standards (MGB/DENR compliance).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and spatial reasoning skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote site environment and lead cross-functional teams.
