You'll be responsible for maximizing resource recovery while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and optimize short-term/long-term mine plans for nickel laterite operations using industry-standard software (Surpac, Vulcan)
- Conduct geological modeling, resource estimation, and reserve classification to support mine planning decisions
- Develop detailed mining sequences, pit designs, and production schedules aligned with operational targets
- Perform cost-benefit analysis of mining methods and equipment selection to maximize operational efficiency
- Ensure all mine plans comply with safety regulations, environmental permits, and company standards
- Collaborate with field teams to monitor operational performance and adjust plans based on real-time data
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for regulatory compliance and stakeholder reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or Geological Engineering (required)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mine planning, preferably with nickel laterite operations
- Proficiency in mine planning software (Surpac, Vulcan, Datamine) and 3D modeling tools
- Strong understanding of mining regulations, environmental compliance, and safety protocols in the Philippines
- Proven ability to optimize mining sequences for cost efficiency and resource recovery
- Experience in conducting geological analysis, block modeling, and reserve estimation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work in remote mining environments
- Professional membership in PSEM (Philippine Society of Mining Engineers) is advantageous
