Join Baramutiara Prima as a Mine Technical & Development (MTD) Manager and lead our innovative mining operations in South Sumatra. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead strategic planning and execution of technical mining operations in South Sumatra
- Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams including engineers, geologists, and operational staff
- Optimize extraction processes to enhance productivity while maintaining cost efficiency
- Implement innovative mining technologies and sustainable development practices
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Develop and maintain robust mine plans and resource management systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and drive operational improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive mining experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in open-pit mining operations and technical development planning
- Strong understanding of Indonesian mining regulations and environmental compliance
- Advanced proficiency in mining software (e.g., Surpac, Vulcan) and data analytics
- Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to deliver complex initiatives
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking capabilities
