Job Opportunity: Mini Bus Driver (No OT, 5.5 Days | Up to S$2,500 + VB | Central Region)
Adecco is currently seeking a responsible and experienced Mini Bus Driver to join our client's team in the Central Region. This is a contract role that offers a great work-life balance with strictly no overtime and a stable 5.5-day work week.

The Role
As a Mini Bus Driver, you will play a key role in the daily operations. Your main duty is to ensure the safe, comfortable, and timely transportation of passengers. You will follow established routes and schedules, conduct routine vehicle inspections, and provide excellent customer service to all passengers.
About You
You are a safe and defensive driver with a valid Class 4 or 5 driving license and a Bus Driver Vocational License (BDVL). You have a clean driving record and enjoy interacting with people. - Operate the company mini-bus safely and punctually along assigned routes.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the journey.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or maintenance needs.
- Adhere to all road traffic regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Assist passengers with boarding, alighting, and luggage when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the mini-bus.
- Accurately document daily trip logs, mileage, and fuel consumption reports.
- Provide a positive customer experience by being courteous and helpful.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Singapore Class 4 or Class 5 Driving License (must have).
- Valid Bus Driver Vocational License (BDVL) (must have).
- Clean driving record with no history of major traffic offenses.
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a similar bus/mini-bus role.
- Physically fit and medically cleared to operate passenger transport vehicles.
- Customer-service oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work 5.5 days a week (Monday to Friday, alternate Saturday).
