- Manage and restock minibars in guest rooms according to established standards
- Monitor minibar inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Handle guest minibar requests and inquiries promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar areas

- Assist in training new minibar staff on proper procedures
- Report maintenance issues with minibar equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Kualifikasi
