Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive inspections on mining machinery and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems failures
- Install, repair, and replace defective components in industrial machinery
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns during operational hours
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably mining or heavy industry
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical components
- Valid certifications in relevant safety standards (OSHA/ISO preferred)
- Ability to read technical schematics and maintenance manuals
- Physical capability to work in challenging environments and perform manual tasks
