Tanggung Jawab
- Generate and maintain comprehensive reports on collections performance, including aging analysis, recovery rates, and agent productivity.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in collections processes.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems and databases.
- Develop and automate reporting dashboards to provide real-time insights to management.
- Collaborate with the collections team to understand data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare monthly/quarterly performance summaries.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of reporting tools and database systems.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and special projects as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a collections or call center environment.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VBA) and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle large datasets and generate meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
