Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and automate high-impact management reports and dashboards using BI tools.
- Analyze large datasets to identify operational trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting platforms and data sources.
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into discrepancies and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance presentations to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Streamline reporting workflows to improve turnaround times and resource efficiency.
- Maintain documentation for reporting processes and system logic.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as an MIS Analyst, Data Analyst, or Reporting Specialist.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query).
- Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into business narratives.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Experience working in a BPO or shared services environment is a significant advantage.
