Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company's information systems, including POS, ERP, and inventory management systems.
- Ensure network security, data integrity, and system availability.
- Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Generate reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades, maintenance, and new implementations.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead or participate in IT projects such as system migrations or digital transformation initiatives.
- Train end-users on new systems and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in MIS, IT support, or a similar role; retail experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, databases, and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Experience with retail systems (POS, ERP) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL) are advantageous.
