You will be responsible for end-to-end system administration, providing seamless user support, and acting as a primary point of contact for technical incident response. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day system administration tasks to ensure high availability and performance of internal servers and networks.
- Provide comprehensive technical support to staff, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.
- Lead incident response activities, conducting root-cause analysis to prevent recurring technical bottlenecks.
- Oversee vendor coordination, managing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring third-party solutions meet our operational standards.
- Perform continuous uptime monitoring and proactive maintenance to secure company assets and data.
- Maintain accurate system documentation and internal knowledge bases for IT processes.
- Assist in the deployment of new IT initiatives, upgrades, and system migrations as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an MIS or IT support role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and network infrastructure management.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues and manage IT inventory effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data integrity and system security.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
