Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain structured MIS reports to support daily operations and strategic executive decisions.
- Oversee data integrity and perform regular system audits to ensure maximum accuracy across database platforms.
- Provide timely technical support and system training to internal staff and stakeholders.
- Automate manual reporting processes and optimize database queries to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system bottlenecks and implement technological solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes, system configurations, and user guides.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in database administration, IT support, or an MIS-focused role.
- Strong command of SQL, relational databases, and data management practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, VBA/Macros) and BI tools like Power BI.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
