Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-line technical support for all employee IT issues including network connectivity, hardware malfunctions, and software troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently with minimal disruption to business operations
- Document all support incidents, resolutions, and preventive actions in the IT service management system
- Coordinate with global IT teams to escalate complex issues and implement long-term solutions
- Assist in hardware/software deployment, configuration, and maintenance across the organization
- Conduct user training sessions on IT tools and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential technical risks
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware components, and enterprise software
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with customer-centric problem-solving approach
- Proficient in IT service management tools and incident documentation
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft certifications preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
