Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the MIS database to ensure high data integrity and accuracy.
- Generate weekly and monthly management reports to track sales performance and inventory levels.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and provide actionable insights to the retail management team.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
- Handle data entry, reconciliation, and verification tasks for the Pioneer Retail Account.
- Ensure compliance with company data security and privacy standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new MIS tools or software updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in an MIS, Retail Operations, or BPO environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and basic reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
