As an MIS Operations Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day technical operations that keep our campus running efficiently. You will serve as a bridge between complex information systems and the end-users who rely on them. From managing our robust Learning Management Systems (LMS) to ensuring our web presence via CMS platforms remains functional and up-to-date, your work will directly impact the digital experience at Enderun.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the institutional Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring high availability and optimal performance for academic use.
- Oversee website CMS platforms, performing regular updates, troubleshooting technical glitches, and ensuring site security.
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support to faculty and staff regarding MIS-related inquiries and software issues.
- Utilize data reporting tools to extract, analyze, and present operational data for administrative review.
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to ensure hardware, software, and network resources are aligned with MIS requirements.
- Conduct routine audits of system permissions and user access levels to maintain data integrity and security.
- Assist in the documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all MIS-related workflows.
- Support the integration of new educational technologies and third-party tools into the existing MIS ecosystem.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience in MIS operations, IT support, or a similar technical role.
- Strong working knowledge of LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas) and CMS environments (e.g., WordPress).
- Proficiency with data reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau).
- Solid understanding of web technologies, including basic HTML/CSS and database management.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in ITIL or related IT management frameworks is a significant advantage.
