In this pivotal role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of critical MIS projects, including new system implementations, enhancements, and complex integrations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of MIS projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Define and manage the product roadmap for new system developments and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project specifications.
- Facilitate communication between technical developers and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate user training sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager within an MIS or IT environment.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
