You will be responsible for managing our core systems, generating critical reports, and ensuring the seamless operation of the Instafin Loan System. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the Instafin Loan System and other core MIS applications to ensure operational efficiency.
- Generate, analyze, and present complex data reports to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure 99.9% uptime for critical banking operations.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement software updates, patches, and system enhancements.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with banking regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding system functionalities and reporting tools.
- Optimize database queries and reporting tools to improve data retrieval speed and analysis capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a MIS Specialist or Data Analyst role within the banking or lending industry.
- Proven experience with Instafin Loan Systems or similar financial management software platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify trends.
- Knowledge of SQL or database management is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
