Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and hardware systems
- Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware/software issues promptly
- Implement and monitor data security protocols to protect company information
- Install, configure, and update software applications across organizational systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems as they arise
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and system maintenance activities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and software installation
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
