- Design and maintain complex MIS reports using advanced Excel features (PivotTables, Power Query, VLOOKUP)
- Automate reporting workflows through VBA scripting and Excel macros
- Analyze financial data trends and prepare executive dashboards
- Collaborate with department heads to define reporting requirements
- Ensure data accuracy and implement data validation protocols
- Develop interactive templates for recurring financial analyses
- Train staff on Excel best practices and reporting tools
- Support system upgrades and process optimization initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years experience as MIS Analyst or Excel Specialist
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VBA, macros, advanced formulas)
- Experience with financial data analysis and banking systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
