Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Management Information Systems department.
- Maintain and monitor database integrity to ensure accurate, timely, and secure data availability.
- Develop and generate complex reports for business planning, performance analysis, and operational forecasting.
- Lead system troubleshooting and maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operational flow.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify information needs and implement efficient system solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company data security policies and backup protocols.
- Provide training and technical support to end-users on MIS-related software and systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an MIS or database management role, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, ERP systems, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel).
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to translate raw data into strategic business recommendations.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage small teams and coordinate cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
