Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Provide timely technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware components.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and security through backups and access controls.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of IT policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with external vendors for procurement and maintenance of IT equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support or MIS role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with database management (SQL) and backup solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCP is a plus.
