In this role, you will act as a key partner to the company, responsible for handling the initial diagnosis and resolution of technical issues (First Level Maintenance) affecting our service machines. This is a hands-on position requiring a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to equipment care. You will be the first line of defense in ensuring our machines remain operational, minimizing downtime and maximizing service efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform initial troubleshooting and diagnosis of mechanical and electrical malfunctions on service machines.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks to ensure equipment longevity and optimal performance.
- Document all maintenance activities, repair logs, and parts usage accurately and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to service requests and machine breakdowns to minimize operational disruption.
- Coordinate with senior technicians for complex repairs that exceed the scope of First Level Maintenance.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company maintenance standards at all times.
- Identify potential wear and tear issues during routine inspections and recommend necessary upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Proven experience in first-level maintenance, repair, or automotive service.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose root causes of mechanical failures.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical staff.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred for site mobility.
