Tanggung Jawab
- Pick up packages from designated pickup points (POB) and merchants efficiently.
- Deliver parcels to customers in Kabupaten Semarang accurately and within the agreed timeframe.
- Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions correctly and provide receipts to customers.
- Update delivery status in the tracking system immediately after completion.
- Report any damaged, lost, or delayed items to the management immediately.
- Maintain the courier bag and motorcycle in a clean and professional condition.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Must hold a valid SIM A (Motorcycle Driver's License).
- Own a reliable motorcycle with valid insurance and road tax.
- Physically fit and able to ride for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and a polite attitude towards customers.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiar with using smartphones or navigation apps (Google Maps/Waze).
- Reside within or near Kabupaten Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
