Tanggung Jawab
- Craft and serve a wide range of classic and innovative cocktails, wines, and beverages
- Develop seasonal drink menus and suggest new offerings based on member preferences and industry trends
- Provide personalized recommendations and engage with members to create exceptional experiences
- Maintain bar inventory, place orders, and manage stock levels to minimize waste
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards
- Collaborate with the service team to coordinate beverage service during events and functions
- Stay updated on mixology techniques, ingredients, and equipment to continuously improve
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a mixologist or bartender in a high-end restaurant, club, or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine with a passion for mixology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with members and team members
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Relevant certification in bartending or mixology is an advantage
