- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and wines, according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Create innovative drink recipes and seasonal specials to enhance the guest experience and keep the menu fresh.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized bar station at all times to ensure hygiene and safety.
- Engage with guests warmly, offering recommendations and providing exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of spirits, syrups, and garnishes to prevent waste and ensure stock availability.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless coordination during service.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a professional Mixologist or Bartender with a strong portfolio of drink creations.
- In-depth knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, mixology techniques, and bar equipment.
- Excellent grooming standards and professional demeanor in a hospitality environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
