In this role, you will act as the vital link between the sales team and customers, ensuring smooth order processing, timely communication, and high levels of client satisfaction.
You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from processing sales orders and managing customer queries to preparing reports and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end‑to‑end order processing and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales support, including product information, quotations, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare sales reports for management review.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to streamline workflows and reduce order errors.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1‑3 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a problem‑solving attitude.
- Team player who can work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of the Singapore market is an advantage.
