You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from processing sales orders and managing customer queries to preparing reports and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. Kualifikasi

  • Minimum diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1‑3 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
