Talent Trader Group is seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Support Executive to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a prominent MNC, supporting the sales and operational functions for the Electrical & Electronics and IT Hardware sectors. In this role, you will act as a vital link between our sales representatives, customers, and internal logistics teams. You will ensure the accurate and timely processing of orders while providing high-level technical assistance to clients. As a key member of the support team, you will be responsible for streamlining the sales cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of data integrity. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for Electrical & Electronics and IT Hardware products.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via email and phone to resolve inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics, and finance departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and invoicing.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate sales records, customer details, and order status.
- Prepare and process sales quotations, proposals, and contracts in accordance with company standards.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and assist the sales team in achieving regional targets.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronics, IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support, order processing, or customer service within the IT or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics operations is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
