You will play a critical role in the technical lifecycle of mobile applications, ensuring high-quality implementation, troubleshooting performance issues, and providing expert guidance on Huawei Mobile Services (HMS) integration. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support for mobile app integration with Huawei platforms.
- Analyze customer product requirements and provide strategic solutions for seamless technical adaptation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the feasibility and performance of mobile applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex integration issues reported by developers and partners.
- Maintain high standards of documentation for technical processes and product deployment guidelines.
- Conduct performance testing and monitor implementation effectiveness to ensure end-user satisfaction.
- Facilitate training sessions or knowledge-sharing workshops for partners regarding Huawei solution adoption.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mobile application development, support, or technical account management.
- Strong proficiency in Android development (Java/Kotlin) and familiarity with mobile architecture.
- Knowledge of API integration, SDKs, and mobile performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience working in a global, multi-cultural corporate environment is highly preferred.
