Tanggung Jawab
- Operate a mobile coffee station to serve high-quality espresso-based drinks and beverages.
- Engage proactively with customers, providing professional and friendly service to build brand loyalty.
- Manage daily sales transactions and inventory reporting accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the mobile unit at all times.
- Execute daily setup and breakdown procedures for the mobile coffee equipment.
- Develop and nurture an interactive and positive relationship with the surrounding community.
- Perform basic daily maintenance on coffee machinery to ensure optimal brewing conditions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the Food & Beverage/Hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C or A) and a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse customer interactions.
- Able to work in an outdoor environment with high physical stamina.
- Strong integrity and reliability in managing cash sales and company equipment.
- Available for flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of coffee extraction and milk texturing techniques.
