Tanggung Jawab
- Operate mobile cranes safely and efficiently in marine and industrial environments.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance checks on crane equipment.
- Communicate clearly with riggers, signalmen, and site supervisors to ensure safe operations.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, including OSHA and company-specific safety regulations.
- Load, unload, and position materials with precision and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and operational reports.
- Assist in training junior operators when required.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Class 3B or equivalent Mobile Crane Operator Certificate (MOA) is mandatory.
- Relevant experience in the marine or construction industry is preferred.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass (if applicable) or eligibility to work in Singapore.
- Strong understanding of load charts, rigging techniques, and crane physics.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
- Ability to pass a medical and drug test.
