- Safely operate mobile and crawler cranes at various construction sites across Singapore
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure operational safety
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and site plans for precise lifting operations
- Coordinate with ground crew and supervisors to execute complex material handling tasks
- Maintain accurate operational logs and comply with safety regulations
- Train junior operators on crane operation best practices and safety protocols
- Adapt to diverse project environments including high-rise buildings and industrial sites
Kualifikasi
- Valid Class 3A/3B (Mobile Crane) and Class 5 (Crawler Crane) operator licenses
- Minimum 3 years' experience operating heavy cranes in construction environments
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and load calculation methods
- Strong understanding of Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health regulations
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and confined spaces
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with ground teams
- Certification in crane safety operations (e.g., CCO or equivalent)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends when required
