Tanggung Jawab
- Manage cost estimates and budgets specifically for metal fabrication and structural steel projects.
- Prepare, analyze, and evaluate tenders and contracts related to metal works and fabrication.
- Monitor project costs against the budget and provide regular variance reports to management.
- Liaise effectively with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve billing and valuation discrepancies.
- Ensure strict compliance with local construction regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Conduct site visits to assess work progress, material usage, and quality of metal works.
- Assist in the preparation of interim payments and final accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, with a strong focus on Metal Works or Structural Steel.
- Proficiency in QS software such as Bluebeam, Excel, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, evaluation, and measurement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
