You will define the technical roadmap for our mobile suite, ensuring our apps remain at the forefront of the competitive fast-food industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Spearhead the architecture and implementation of cross-platform mobile applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter).
- Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers, conducting regular code reviews and technical planning sessions.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth user interactions on all devices.
- Define technical best practices, coding standards, and CI/CD pipelines for mobile projects.
- Work with product managers and stakeholders to define feature requirements and long-term technical roadmaps.
- Debug complex issues and ensure the reliability of mobile services in high-traffic environments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in mobile application development with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Strong proficiency in cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin) and native development (Swift, Kotlin).
- Proven experience in software architecture, API integration (RESTful, GraphQL), and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions and mentor junior staff.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing sprint deliveries.
