Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for mobile devices and telecommunications plans.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients in the Central Region.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and clearly communicate technical features to potential customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and manage customer accounts with precision.
- Collaborate with marketing initiatives to drive store traffic and brand awareness.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or the telecommunications industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
- Valid driver's license (Essential for travel allowance coverage).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
