Tanggung Jawab
- Execute product promotions and sales activities across 4 assigned retail stores in Yogyakarta
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising standards, and availability at all locations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and sales teams
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective in-store promotion
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand standards are met
- Provide timely feedback on customer preferences and product performance
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, retail, or merchandising
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Yogyakarta
- Basic computer literacy for reporting tasks
- Physical ability to handle store visits and product displays
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
