Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute interactive sensory-based learning activities tailored to different developmental stages.
- Travel to various locations to conduct mobile classes while maintaining high standards of educational quality.
- Observe and document student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all participants.
- Manage classroom materials and equipment effectively for mobile setups.
- Collaborate with other educators to refine curricula and improve teaching methodologies.
- Foster social and emotional growth through guided sensory play and group activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a teacher, therapist, or facilitator for young children.
- Deep understanding of sensory integration and early developmental milestones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with parents and children.
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile teaching schedule efficiently.
- High level of creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English is highly preferred.
