Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake waffles according to Waffle Time’s secret recipes and strict quality standards.
- Operate and maintain mobile vending units, ensuring they are clean, organized, and fully functional.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patrons warmly and processing orders efficiently.
- Manage cash and digital transactions accurately using the POS system or manual ledgers.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supervisor for timely replenishment of ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure 100% compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health protocols at all times.
- Promote current marketing campaigns and upsell products to maximize daily sales targets.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of mobile stations during special events or location shifts.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate; vocational certificates in Food & Beverage are a plus.
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory counting.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long durations and handling mobile unit equipment.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of integrity.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
