- Lead complex finite element analysis (FEA) and multiphysics simulation projects for optoelectronic components
- Develop and validate advanced models to predict product behavior under real-world conditions
- Implement early-stage risk mitigation strategies through physics-based problem solving
- Collaborate with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams to integrate simulation insights
- Optimize product performance and reliability through iterative modeling and validation
- Document methodologies and present simulation results to technical stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers and foster innovation in simulation best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Physics/Engineering; Master's or PhD preferred
- 8+ years of experience in finite element analysis and computational modeling
- Expertise in physics-based problem solving and advanced modeling techniques
- Proficiency in ANSYS, COMSOL, or equivalent simulation platforms
- Experience with semiconductor, automotive, or optoelectronics applications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex problems into models
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
