Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and Inspire: Supervise and mentor the outlet team to ensure high productivity and adherence to company standards.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales plans to maximize revenue and market share in modern trade channels.
- Performance Management: Monitor daily sales performance, analyze KPIs, and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement.
- Customer Experience: Ensure the outlet delivers superior customer service and resolves complaints efficiently.
- Merchandising: Maintain optimal product displays and inventory levels to meet consumer demand.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, stock management, and security protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales supervision or retail management within modern trade.
- Leadership: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of supermarket and hypermarket operations.
- Adaptability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Driving: Valid driver’s license is required.
