- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for modern PUV fleets
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators, government agencies, and corporate clients
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Set achievable sales targets and monitor team performance metrics
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and budget proposals
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales collateral
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in automotive/transportation sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of PUV industry regulations and market dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness for field visits
