As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing high-value deals.   • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve monthly targets.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for Modern PUVs, including client negotiations and contract finalization.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including fleet operators and corporate clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate closely with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer onboarding process.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the automotive or heavy equipment industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Modern PUV specifications, features, and market positioning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Valid driver’s license is a plus.
