Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Modern PUV range.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the Batanes market and aligned with the Philippine PUV Modernization Program.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by building strong relationships with transport cooperatives, local government units (LGUs), and fleet operators.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, and product demonstrations to contract negotiation and closing high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create targeted sales campaigns and promotional materials specifically focused on Modern PUVs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for product positioning and sales tactics.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for the executive leadership team.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and after-sales support, fostering long-term client loyalty and generating repeat business.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5+ years) in sales management within the automotive, trucking, or heavy equipment industry; experience with Commercial Vehicles or PUVs is highly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Philippine PUV Modernization Program, including regulations and funding mechanisms.
  • Demonstrated success in leading a sales team to achieve ambitious revenue goals and market share growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Highly proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales analytics tools.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in or relocate to Basco, Batanes; familiarity with the local landscape is a significant advantage.
  • Results-driven mindset with a strategic vision and the ability to execute detailed operational plans effectively.
