Are you a seasoned sales leader with a passion for the automotive and transportation industry? NZH Truck Sales and Services Corp. is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Modern PUV (Public Utility Vehicle) Sales Manager to spearhead our sales division in Batangas. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our efforts to modernize public transport solutions, fostering relationships with transport cooperatives, fleet operators, and commercial stakeholders.

You will lead a high-performing sales team, develop strategic market penetration plans, and ensure that our innovative PUV offerings meet the growing demand for sustainable and efficient public transit. If you possess a sharp commercial acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in automotive or heavy equipment sales, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share for Modern PUVs in the CALABARZON region.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with transport cooperatives, operators, and local government units (LGUs).
  • Conduct high-impact product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to secure fleet contracts.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the modernization program to adapt sales tactics accordingly.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation and prospecting to final unit turnover and after-sales coordination.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts for executive management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably within the automotive, commercial truck, or transport industry.
  • Strong background in B2B sales and handling complex fleet transactions.
  • In-depth understanding of the PUV Modernization Program and local transport cooperative dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Batangas and surrounding areas.
