Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and optimize the performance of the PUV sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies for modern PUV models in the Bicol region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key fleet operators, government agencies, and corporate clients
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with new PUV launches
- Monitor KPIs including sales conversion rates, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Ensure compliance with automotive industry regulations and company sales policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years in sales management, preferably in automotive, heavy equipment, or PUV sectors
- Proven track record of leading teams to exceed revenue targets and market share growth
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of modern PUV technologies, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans with measurable outcomes
