Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for PUV units
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and professional growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and industry partners
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor sales KPIs, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for business improvement
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in automotive/PUV industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and team leadership
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Deep understanding of PUV market dynamics and customer needs
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
- Valid driver's license with clean record (required for field visits)
