NZH Truck Sales and Services Corp., a leading provider of modern public utility vehicles (PUVs) in the Philippines, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Modern PUV Sales Manager to join our team in Jordan, Guimaras. As we expand our operations, we need a driven leader to oversee and grow our sales division, focusing on modern PUV units aligned with the government's PUV modernization program.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting sales targets, developing strategic plans, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results. Your goal will be to establish long-term relationships with transport cooperatives, operators, and government entities, and to market our range of modern trucks and PUVs effectively.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in sales management, preferably within the automotive or heavy equipment industry. You must be highly organized, possess strong negotiation skills, and be passionate about contributing to the modernization of public transportation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to exceed targets and KPIs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the modern PUV segment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both public and private sectors.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends to adjust tactics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in automotive or truck sales.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the PUV modernization program and government procurement processes is a plus.
- Willing to work in Jordan, Guimaras and travel as needed.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
