Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share for Modern PUVs.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the transport sector.
- Manage key client accounts and build strong, professional relationships with stakeholders and transport operators.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to execute effective promotional campaigns and trade events.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and analysis for senior management.
- Ensure a seamless sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle turnover and after-sales coordination.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a Sales Management role, preferably within the automotive, truck, or commercial vehicle industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Philippine Modern PUV modernization program and transport sector regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a target-driven environment.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel within the region as required.
